Brantley :portrait

I just love taking photos of this brown eyed handsome boy... I absolutely love his "cute" face (you will find that in the photo of him holding Mickey). Brantley is such a hoot! I am so glad I get to see him every year for his birthday... it never gets old spending time with the Adams family and now their new adopted Disney relatives ;)

Sam & Lexy : Portrait

Sam and I met up a couple weekends ago to take some pictures of her and Mr Lexy. It was bittersweet because the next day Mr Lexy would be sent to Suffolk to be leased to a sweet little lady. He is definitely the tall, white and handsome horse every little girl dreams of. I was so excited to actually experiment with snow pictures and I could not be more in love with the whimsical-coolness that the snow creates in these portraits. It was surreal- It felt like we were out in Colorado (minus the mountains) shooting a Ralph Lauren advertisement! Here is a fix for all of you equestrian lovers out there! Also a quick thank you to Mandy from Mosaics for Sam's curly locks and makeup!!

Brittany & Nick :Engagement

Boy was is COLD this weekend!!! Brittany, Nick and I ended up photographing ALL around chesapeake. We were even rebellious enough to take some pics near this awesome little bridge! Luckily we all survived without frost bite!!  ENjoy !

Morgan : Senior Session

This is the year that my baby sister gets to graduate high school and venture out into the fun young adulthood! We have had a few mini sessions during every season it seems but this last one was perfect. Maybe because we shot at my all time favorite location or maybe because the photography God's granted us a beautiful day with a gorgeous sky... it wasn't even that chilly believe it or not ;) I even snagged a couple of Morgan with her BFF Kelly. I'd say it was a success!
